Jason & Kathryn 06-05-10

Saturday brought us out to the Belhurst Castle in Geneva NY for Jason and Kathryn’s Wedding Reception.

Not only did the Bride and Groom show up ready to have a great time, but they brought with them a whole group of fun and energetic guests who helped increase the energy levels  throughout the entire room!

The evening was relatively straight forward with cocktail hour outside overlooking Seneca Lake, which we ran a wireless speaker for to allow guests to enjoy some fun music, as well as hear announcements that would be made. After cocktail hour, we did our Grand Entrances, First dances, Parents dances, toasts and dinner.

After dinner, Jason and Kathryn had some fun with the Couples Game, and from there, we opened the dance floor. This part of the evening is where the energy came alive in the room. We began things with some of the favorite oldies and then quickly transitioned in to a more modern set. Jason and Kathryn had mentioned that the majority of their guests would be younger, so the newer stuff was a better fit.

The couple wanted to bring in some of their Spanish heritage, so we also had a great salsa set during the evening!
